- 1 How do I sign in?
To sign into the platform, go to http://agentahub.io/login. You will need to use your email and password to sign in.
- 2 How do I reset my password?
Click here to reset your password. Enter in your email address and we will email you instructions to reset your password.
- 3 How do I update my account/profile, billing, and notification settings?
To manage your profile, click on your photo/avatar badge in the bottom left of the screen. This will take you to the ‘My Profile’ section of the application where you can manage your profile information, notifications, and billing information.
- 4 How do I update my credit card to pay for the subscription?
Go to your profile section by clicking on your photo/avatar badge in the bottom left of the screen. The ‘Billing Information’ section shows your current payment method. To update your payment method, click the ‘Manage’ button to provide new credit card information.
- 5 How to understand the value of my Dashboard within AgentaHub?
The AgentaHub Dashboard is a valuable snapshot of your business activity. The top row of stat boxes tells you quickly how many leads are in each stage. The Projections panel gives you an idea of how much revenue you’ve brought in and are expected to bring in. Other panels tell you what events are scheduled for the current day, what tasks are due soon, and other general activity related to your contacts.
- 6 How do I create a new record in the CRM?
Navigate to the ‘Contacts’ menu item and then click on the top right button labeled ‘New Contact’. Then enter in all details associated with your new contact. You can also click the ‘Create New Contact’ button at the top of any page.
